Istituto Secoli, a Milanese fashion school that promotes the culture of Made in Italy in the world and fashion hub that cultivates international talents, brings on the 7th of June the fashion show-event at the end of the year: the Secoli Fashion Show.
There are over 100 outfits, more than 50 designers involved who have conceived and created the garments entirely.
The big news that characterizes this edition is the "Designer to Watch" project: young designers of the Institute, selected among the graduates in the last academic year who have already distinguished themselves in the fashion scene for their creative ideas, open the event each with an unpublished capsule composed of 6 outfits.
These are: Federica Zaletti, Greta Moroni and Filippo Todisco.
Following on the catwalk the outfits of QUOD SIGNUM, the title of the concept created for 2018. A conceptual vision of fashion declined in five collections: Graphic Sign, the Sign beyond the Body, the Color as a Sign, the Body as a Sign, between Body and Nature.
The dress, in this perspective, is mainly seen as a sign that covers the body, capable of expressing a precise meaning.
