Yesterday, July 8th, the 2021 edition of the SECOLI FASHION SHOW went live on www.secoli.com
Our 27 designers took inspiration from the concept of GE.NE.RA. to create the outfits that were presented at the show. A study on the evolution of the digital and virtual world through art, video content, music, social platforms and photography.
Three women’s wear collections - r. GE.NE.RA. a. Realtà Aumentata, f. GE.NE.RA. o. Fotografia Olografica, v. GE.NE.RA. a. Video Arte - and one menswear collection - v. GE.NE.RA. m. Video Musica - were presented on the digital catwalk of Istituto Secoli. All original pieces.
The event also featured ‘Designer to Watch’, a creative space that since 2018 has been showcasing the capsule collections of our school's emerging talents. 2021 Designers to Watch are Anna Peretto, Giovanni Notarnicola and Federica Passera with their respective collections, ‘IRRAZIONALE EQUILIBRIO’ (irrational balance), ‘METAMORPHOSIS’, and ‘IDENTITÀ FLUIDE’ (fluid identities).
