On May 26th, at the Teatro Litta in Milan, there will be the Graduation Ceremony, an event now in its seventy-second edition, during which, to be celebrated, are the students who have completed their studies at the Istituto Secoli in the 2016/2017 Academic Year.

The award ceremony marks the end of a cycle and the beginning of a new path, full of challenges and opportunities, within a context, the current one in the fashion industry, in constant change.
The digital evolution and the "Industry 4.0" plan, the birth of new professional figures and the great evolution of others with the demand for ever more specific skills, the profound change in the sales paradigms of the Fashion product, the return to manual work - "Artisanal" as we like to call it us in Istituto Secoli - these are just some of the trends that are observed.
Through the "Placement" service Istituto Secoli has always accompanied young graduates in their entry into the labor market and supports them throughout their professional career: a very current mission to which the current context constantly poses new challenges.
We invited a panel of experts and industry stakeholders to question these issues, also providing some useful advice to young people on how to ask and what to do to find employment today in the fashion system.
