‘Creative Synergies: Fashion, Design and the Production Chain - New Perspectives through Continuing Education’ is the title that accompanied the 77th edition of our Institute's Diploma Award Ceremony: an appointment that for over 70 years has represented an opportunity for Secoli graduates to get together and celebrate together with classmates, teachers and school staff at the end of their training course. Palazzo Reale, once again, hosted the event during which - to discuss the centrality of training for a successful career - speakers Marco Fiandesio - CEO NextCouture and Antonella Andriani - Designer & Vice President ADI, in addition to the Secoli Management, took part. Special guest Alessia Cappello, Councillor for Economic Development and Labour Policies of the Municipality of Milan, who made a point of attending the event to address a thought and personal greeting to the students. The theme discussed this year delved into the importance of continuous training to keep up with a sector that is constantly changing and inevitably requires a different model of preparation than in the past; in this vision, the technical and design component appear today more than ever central and indispensable within all creative paths. In this sense, Istituto Secoli, with its training method, acts as a valid and competent travelling companion for those who wish to approach the world of fashion.
