“IDENTITÀ FLUIDE” (fluid identities) is the title of a capsule collection that has the concept of identity as its core.
“IDENTITÀ FLUIDE” (fluid identities) is the title of a capsule collection that has the concept of identity as its core.
Starting from the idea of “liquid society” as theorized by the sociologist Zygmunt Bauman, the fashion collection addresses this concept in relation to the social changes, up to the fusion with a virtual and technologically deformed reality.
The fluidity of identity is explored through clashing shapes, volumes, lines, prints, and matches. Large volumes are side by side with structured and strict elements, such as defined shoulders, flounces and ruffles, peculiar cuts in contrast with neat lines. These are just a few of the elements that distinguish the outfits.
